  1. Just in case, if you Air Canada change flight policy for a flight booking that has an upgrade confirmed, you will be required to contact the Air Canada reservations support team to get a refund. For an exception, on canceling a Flight Pass booking, the canceled credits will be returned to your Flight Pass account if it is canceled under 2 hours.
